AdBlue Contamination in Diesel Fuel Tanks
AdBlue is a water-based urea solution used in SCR exhaust systems. When accidentally poured into a diesel fuel tank, AdBlue reacts with fuel components and crystallizes, rapidly damaging fuel pumps, high-pressure injectors, and lines.
Critical Action Required
Do NOT start your engine. AdBlue must be completely extracted and flushed immediately before crystallization sets in.
